Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

The following terms apply to all buggy tours and bookings with Off-Road Buggy Tbilisi. By booking a tour you agree to these conditions.

1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 48+ Hours Notice: 100% full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time.
  • 24 to 48 Hours Notice: 50% refund if the cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour.
  • Less than 24 Hours: No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.

2. Weather Policy

Off-roading is an all-weather activity, but in the event of severe thunderstorms, hail, or extremely dangerous conditions, our guides reserve the right to halt or cancel the tour for safety. In this specific scenario, customers can choose between a 100% full refund or rescheduling for another day.

3. Driver & Passenger Requirements

  • Driver Age & License: The minimum age to drive the buggy is 21. All drivers MUST present a valid, physical driver's license before the tour begins.
  • Passenger Age: The minimum age for a passenger is 12 years old, and they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is driving.

4. Damages, Liability & Downtime Fees — IMPORTANT

Offroad Buggy Tbilisi does not require a security deposit upfront, but our vehicles (Polaris RZR XP 1000) are NOT insured against customer negligence. The driver takes 100% financial and personal responsibility for their own health, the safety of their passengers, and the vehicle. If a customer ignores the guide's instructions, drives recklessly, and damages the buggy, they are responsible for 100% of the repair costs. Furthermore, if the buggy sustains heavy damage that cannot be repaired within 24 hours, the customer is legally obligated to pay a downtime penalty of 250 GEL for each day the buggy is non-operational, PLUS the cost of any other customers' tours that had to be canceled due to the broken vehicle.

5. Lateness & No-Shows

We operate on a strict schedule. We offer a maximum 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your tour will be automatically canceled or rescheduled so it does not delay the next booking.

6. Alcohol & Drugs Policy

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy. If a customer arrives visibly intoxicated or smelling of alcohol, the tour will be canceled on the spot for safety reasons, and a refund will be issued.
